80% of our new product features come from our customers. To give you an example, we helped Co-op to communicate COVID-19 actions in just one day. Our customers strongly benefit from each other by knowledge sharing and continuous exchange.
Oracle runs similar communities with big success in other countries, e.g. Germany and France, and we feel that it is the right time to establish one in Switzerland. We are starting with our kick-off event, "Swiss HR Technology – between wishful thinking and reality".
